Fall Adult Foundations Class:
Gospel Alignment: Believing its Grace...Walking its Path in Grace
This fall, Ambassador is excited to welcome Rev. Eddie Brown to teach our Adult Foundations class.

Eddie has taught this course in various forms over the past twenty-five years. Though it doesn’t include everything we need to know about the Christian life, it has been called life changing by many who have taken it. The basic aim of the course is to hold the gospel in our face until we “cry uncle”! Topics for study include our adoption as God’s sons and daughters as we are united to Christ, the passive and active righteousness of faith, repentance and forgiveness, grace and law in the home, faith expressing itself in love, and grace and the spiritual disciplines of the Christian. As a class, we will study the Scriptures well and connect them not only to our minds, but to our hearts through stories and exercises together. As a result, we will grow in Christ that God may be glorified as we study together.

Eddie Brown is an ordained minister in the PCA and has worked in the inner-city of Newark, NJ, as a pastor at Peace Presbyterian Church in Cary, as a missionary in Kenya, as a church planter, and now has a ministry to pastors. He and his wife, Gail, have been married for 40 years and have two grown children.

DescriptionAmbassador's Mission Kids is a ministry to 2nd through 6th graders. Our passion is to help these young members of our church community make a difference in the lives of others by fulfilling Christ's call to show His love through kingdom service. Our focus this year will be to gather for a time of praise, a short devotion, and a service-related activity designed to reach out to different needs and people groups in both local and global contexts.

All current 2nd through 6th grade students are invited to attend and encouraged to bring a friend as well. Please make plans to join us as we strive to cultivate hearts that desire to serve as Jesus served us. Please let Karen know if your child will atttend.
