Jr. and Sr. High youth are invited to an afternoon at Jordan Lake on Friday, August 6. Meet at the church at 4 p.m. Pick up is at 8:30 p.m. at the church. Current middle schoolers (those that just finished 6th through 8th grade) will boat. Current high schoolers (those that just finished 9th through 12th grade) will swim and play volleyball. Kids are asked to bring a snack and a drink to share. We’ll provide hot dogs. Friends are invited. Folks need to RSVP to Emily (emcamp@gmail.com) by Wednesday, August 4.

God has given us an amazing harvest of fresh produce and the Women’s Ministry is excited to host this cooking demonstration showing how to use it deliciously! We look forward to having Walt and Valerie Shepard speak on the topic of marriage. Walt has served as pastor in several churches and as a missionary in Africa, and Valerie is the daughter of Elizabeth Eliot and the late Jim Eliot who was martyred in Ecuador. They have a heart for seeing the gospel lived out in relationships and currently are planting an ARP church in Southport, NC. Invite a friend and join us.
